A year ago, scientists looking at the future of the COVID-19 pandemic were very optimistic in controlling its spread and treating it. Several vaccine development companies were zooming towards finding the panacea to treat and control it. Unlike the viruses that causes the flu or AIDS, they mistakenly thought that this virus couldn’t mutate to evade the fully primed human immune system.
Since then, the United Kingdom, South Africa, India, and Brazil have all discovered several “variants of concern” — mutant strains that spread SO easily and may cause more severe illness.
The Delta variant, first identified in India in December 2020, has swept across 124 countries. It has become the dominant source of new COVID-19 cases everywhere, causing a phenomenal surge in new cases even in countries where large percentages of the population have been vaccinated.
On July 27, 2021 the CDC once again recommended Americans to wear masks indoors. The agency called for the use of masks in K-12 school settings and in areas of the U.S. which were experiencing high or substantial SARS-CoV-2 transmission and also even for those who were fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Delta variant is believed to be responsible for COVID-19 cases increasing more than 300% nationally in the US from June 19 to July 23, 2021.
Europe is also struggling to contain a surge in Covid-19 cases caused by the delta variant. Netherlands and had cancelled all events involving large crowds as new cases rose almost sevenfold, from a rolling seven-day average of 49 for every million people on 4 July to nearly 330 at the weekend.
New infections in France have surged by 65% in a week, from an average of 34 to 56 for every million people. Cases in Greece and Spain have more than doubled in the past week, from seven-day averages of 69 and 157 a million to 176 and 316 respectively.
The Delta variants have about 15 different mutations compared with the original virus. Two of these are mutations to the spike protein that were first flagged as problematic than other variants because they appear to help the virus to escape the antibodies we make to fight it.
In a paper published on Virological.org earlier this month, the researchers said the viral loads of the Delta variant grew more rapidly inside the body and caused a person to shed as much as 1,260 times more virus than the original strain last year.
The transmissibility of the Delta virus was also far more potent than the original strain. In a recent study from China which was posted ahead of peer review on the website Virological.org, tracked 167 people infected with Delta back to 1 single case. According to a recent paper in Nature, the Delta virus is able to copy itself more rapidly and so a person’s viral load quickly builds thereby increasing the speed of transmissibility.
As the virus spreads, encountering more and more people and more and more immune responses, mutations become more likely. “If you put it in hundreds of millions of people, more variations are going to arrive,” John P. Moore, PhD, a professor of microbiology and immunology at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City, says.
At the same time, the effort to vaccinate the whole world is hitting several significant barriers that the hope of extinguishing the virus this way has quickly faded.
To achieve herd immunity with the Delta variants, epidemiologists estimate that at least 85 % of the population need to be vaccinated.
Vaccination efforts at the moment do not appear likely to achieve that level. And even though vaccines can stimulate antibodies that attack parts of the spike the virus uses to latch onto its host’s cells, the Delta virus has changed parts of its spike, making it less susceptible to be destroyed by the antibodies.
A paper published in the New England Journal of Medicine said the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was 88 per cent effective against symptomatic disease from Delta and the AstraZeneca vaccine was 67 per cent effective.
However the Israeli government data collected over the past month showed the effectiveness of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine in preventing infection and mild symptoms from Delta had dropped to 40 per cent in late June and early July, compared with 95 per cent from January to early April.
But the vaccine still worked well in preventing severe illness, with 88 per cent prevention against hospitalisation and 91 per cent against severe illness, according to the Israeli Ministry of Health.
There is no large-scale published study on how Chinese vaccines work against the Delta variant. A study from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Sri Lanka, published as a preprint, found that China’s Sinopharm vaccine produced “1.38 times” lower levels of neutralising antibodies, an indicator of immunity, against the Delta variant among 282 study participants.
A breakthrough infection is a case of illness in which a vaccinated individual becomes sick from the same illness that the vaccine is meant to prevent.
As of July 19, 2021, more than 161 million people in the United States had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. During the same time, THE CDC received reports from 49 U.S. states and territories that 5,914 patients with COVID-19 vaccine had breakthrough infection and had to be hospitalised or died.
Based on a news report in Singapore in July 2021, vaccinated people make up 75% of recent COVID-19 cases but few fall ill.
Moreover, recent results show that vaccines confer good but imperfect protection, especially against the Delta variant. Hospitalization rates have been rising among the vaccinated.
It is now apparent that Covid-19 vaccines protect people from the symptoms and more severe forms of the disease but are not designed to fully prevent them from being infected.
A Nature survey shows many scientists expect the virus that causes COVID-19 to become endemic and it could pose a lesser danger over time.
In January, Nature asked more than 100 immunologists, infectious-disease researchers and virologists working on the coronavirus whether it could be eradicated. Almost 90% of respondents think that the coronavirus will become endemic — meaning that it will still continue to circulate in pockets of the global population for years to come.
But failure to eradicate the virus does not mean that death, illness or social isolation will continue on the scales seen so far. The future will depend heavily on the type of immunity people acquire through infection or vaccination and how the virus evolves.
But failure to eradicate the virus does not mean that death, illness or that social isolation will continue on the scale seen so far. The future will depend heavily on the type of immunity people acquire through infection or vaccination and how the virus evolves.
However, it is possible that vaccines won’t stop some people developing severe symptoms, in which case the virus will continue to be a significant burden on society.
If most people develop life-long immunity to the virus, either through natural infection or vaccination, then the virus is unlikely to become endemic. But immunity might wane after a year or two — and already there are hints that the virus can evolve to escape it. More than half the scientists who responded to Nature’s survey think waning immunity will be one of the main drivers of the virus becoming endemic. So it is imperative that we protect ourselves.
It is evident that even with vaccination, breakthrough infections are not impossible, meaning that a fully vaccinated person is still vulnerable and can potentially be infected with Covid-19. Therefore, in addition to vaccination, masks and social distancing are still important protective mechanisms.
Watching our nutrition daily will also have a direct impact on the health and function of our bodies, and on our immune system, which is crucial to sustain us in the long term battle against the ever changing virus. Enhanced natural immunity will prevent us from suffering from “Long Covid”.
WE humans need both micronutrients and macronutrients, most of which can be found in plant-based foods. Micronutrients include vitamins and minerals, which are essential for keeping our bodies running smoothly and our immune systems strong. Macronutrients give us the energy to maintain our bodily functions and get through the day.
It is proven that having essential nutrition can play an important role in the functioning of the immune system and there is strong evidence that show that deficiencies in certain micronutrients in our body can alter immune responses.
Caviarlieri is formulated with potent bioactive ingredients like Sturgeon Caviar DNA cellular extract and high quality marine peptides which are extremely rich in DHA and EPA (essential fatty acids) known to enhance B cell activity, which could be useful for those with a compromised immune system.
Manufactured using a proprietary Swiss cold extraction technology, Cellularix, the ingredients are kept “active” so that the chemical integrity and potency of the micro nutrients are not destroyed or compromised. This will help optimize our absorption of the micro nutrients and maximize the outcomes and results.
In addition, the Caviarlieri is made of peptides which help to escort the nutrients into our cells for protein synthesis which is an important process to accelerate cellular renewal and repair versus damaged cells. If essential nutrition is provided at the cellular level, it will definitely help maintain or strengthen the functionality of our immune system.
The scientific studies on Caviarlieri published in peer reviewed journals have proven that it has powerful antioxidant properties which can potentially prevent damage to our immune cells by neutralizing free radicals. Free radicals are substances in the environment that can damage cells and reduce immunity. Supplementing with Caviarlieri can also help increase the activation of cells involved in regulating our cellular immunity.
Another active ingredient of Caviarlieri is Selenium. This potent antioxidant keeps our immunity in check by identifying and warding off potentially harmful threats, like viruses, parasites and bacteria. It is also known to help regulate our immune responses and protect us against infectious microorganisms.
This Swiss Caviar Oral Supplement contains high levels of essential fatty acids (EPA/DHA) and therefore acts as a lipid mediator, activating cellular repair and renewal to reduce and turn off inflammation at the molecular level.
Caviarlieri is scientifically proven to help reduce the Tumour Necrosis Factor Alpha which is an important inflammatory biomarker for metabolic syndrome conditions. In addition, Caviarlieri can also reduce the C-reactive protein (CRP), a blood test marker for inflammation in the body. CRP is classified as an acute phase reactant, which means that its levels will rise in response to inflammation .
There are also several current and ongoing studies which indicate that Caviarlieri triggers the epigenetic mechanisms of the cells to activate gene expression for inflammation reduction which will help alleviate the onset of any of the risks associated with the diseases as a consequence of metabolic syndrome .
Therefore, taking Caviarlieri -the Swiss Caviar Cellular Therapy Supplement may potentially be a new therapeutic approach to preventing life-threatening inflammation caused by the virus. The peer reviewed scientific studies on Caviarlieri have found that it has potent anti-inflammatory properties from a biochemical and at the molecular level and it proves that it can potentially help avert inflammation.
CAVIARLIERI’s EFFECT ON TMPRSS2 RECEPTOR AND COVID-19 INFECTION
Initial Findings Caviarlieri’s effect on TMPRSS2 Receptor – Study On File
TMPRSS2 and Coronaviruses (COVID-19)
Certain viruses, especially coronaviruses including SARS-CoV (that causes SARS), MERS-CoV (causes MERS), and SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID19), require TMPRSS2 for their entry into the body. Recent studies have shown that SARS-CoV-2 (in addition to SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV) require ACE2 (the main receptor) as well as TMPRSS2 for entry into epithelial cells.
Both ACE2 and TMPRSS2 are expressed in our nasal, bronchial, and gastrointestinal epithelium. TMPRSS2 activates; or primes, the spike protein domain (a key glycoprotein found on coronaviruses) which leads to the virus fusing to the respiratory epithelia on the cell surface through binding to ACE2. As TMPRSS2 is a serine protease, it primes the spike-domain (S) of SARS-CoV-2 by cleaving as the S1/S2 sites.
In this study, Caviarlieri supplements were given to 5 clinical subjects who are “TMPRSS2-high expressors”. After 30 days of taking Caviarlieri supplements, their TMPRSS2 receptors were quantitated. All of them were found to have significantly reduced expression of the TMPRSS2 receptor that is known for activating the spike of the virus.
One of THE clinical subjects, who is an orthopaedic physician has shown a significant reduction of the TMPRSS2 levels by 75-fold with Caviarlieri intake and he was Covid-19 Negative even though all members of his family and his collaborators were found positive for Covid-19. Even after repeated molecular tests for Covid-19, this clinical subject was tested and found to be Covid-19 Negative.
This study suggests that Caviarlieri can potentially act protectively against Covid-19 infection by modulating the expression of TMPRSS2 receptor. Further research studies are being conducted to validate the above findings.

Why is Caviarlieri a safe and potent option?
Caviarlieri is not a drug but an oral food supplement approved by the Swiss Public Health Authority. Unlike drugs or medications, there are no side effects for its long term use. Caviarlieri is also a product on the Cologne List® and therefore undergoes independent quality checks. These are carried out by one of the globally-leading laboratories in nutritional supplement analytics for doping substances.
Manufactured using the Swiss Cold Process Extraction Technology, Cellularix, Caviarlieri comes in a soft gel form and is made of peptides, encapsulating the Caviar bioactive nutrients and marine peptides for optimal absorption. It is important to remember that not everything we consume can be absorbed by the body.
By providing essential nutrition at the cellular level, Caviarlieri triggers protein synthesis, genetic expression (mRNA) and thereby stimulates our own body system to heal, repair and renew our cells at an accelerated rate against damaged cells. Unlike drugs, it will take a 3-6 months regime for the cellular healing and repair to generate maximum benefits and results.
Caviarlieri is also backed by Science as it has several studies published in peer-reviewed journals and the multifunctional benefits are evidence based claims, like significant increase in energy levels, mood elevation, reduction in joint pain, enhancement of sleep quality, improving brain health, reduction in inflammation and many others. These are important benefits which will potentially protect us from the malefic effects of COVID-19.
Caviarlieri is available in the leading Swiss Medical Centres and Luxury Spas as well as Pharmacies throughout Switzerland.
Leading a healthy lifestyle is crucial if you desire to have sustainable immunity. You have to make sure that you get enough sleep, exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet and try not to be stressed.
Vaccination will help protect you against death or severe symptoms of Covid-19. However, with an ever changing and “intelligent evolving virus” it is equally important to develop a sustainable natural immunity by rejuvenating your immune system and enhancing your cellular immunity with potent nutritional supplements, especially when we cannot get rid of it and we have to embrace the reality that “Covid-19” IS endemic. And it is going to be around for a very long time.
